Your Role

*** note that this role is based in Nashville*

We want to bring on an BD Intern (to Hire) to work with founders across the United States onto Wefunder.  In this role you'll be on the front lines, sharing information about Community Rounds with founders and coaching them through the onboarding process.  Success in this role involves:

• Speaking to 10+ founders every day. You should get energy from talking to dozens of founders every week, from every industry, across the US — from YC startups to breweries.
• You’re brilliant at immediately building rapport with everyone you talk with.
• Extreme organization and ability to manage a high velocity pipeline; you are the one-stop-ship for founder onboarding. If a ball get’s dropped, it’s on you.
• Fostering strong internal relationships with different departments at Wefunder that support the founder experience. The person in this role will work with technical and non-technical people, and needs to be able to communicate across both.
